How we began

23 Hospitality is the brainchild of hospitality and catering professional Dan Robinson.

Recognising that recruitment in the industry was outmoded, overly expensive and largely inflexible for both employers and part time workers, he established the new service with their needs in mind – without obscure agency fees and wages depressed by higher costs of recruitment. The result: an accessible, beneficial service which brings together those looking for staff and those looking for work.
